I am always looking for talent student. In this respect I am no different from other professors. However, the success of a graduate career relies on many other factors besides the talent. What I concern most is the so-called self-motivation. Every graduate student wants to be successful, but not every one necessarily has a motivation. Since research is not a level test or competition in a routine manner, it is a voyage full of imperceptible danger. The insight and execute ability that enables you to detect and avoid the danger are all derived from the self-motivation.
